 Confidential Sessions    Our program consists of small, on going group sessions led by, Linda Tsampis RN MA MFT, our staff psychotherapist.  “We will work together as a group to develop new ways to handle stress, anxiety, anger, loneliness or grief, and to let go of old unhealthy behaviors."

 We Create Our Destiny by the Choices We Make    Learn to create your day in advance by thinking the way you want it to go, and you will create your life intentionally.

GROUPS ARE BEING OFFERED AT BOTH INDIANA AND ILLINOIS LOCATIONS AT THE LOW INTRODUCTORY PRICE OF $100, FOR 8 WEEKLY SESSIONS.

Indiana group is scheduled to begin: Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 6:30 pm. The group will meet in the Pinnacle Hospital 9301 Connecticut Drive Crown Point, IN 46307(go south on Broadway from Merrillville, turn East onto 93rd ave).

Illinois group is scheduled to begin: Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 at 6:30 pm.  The group will meet at LifeWeigh Offices, 2801 Finley Road, Ste 220 Downers Grove, IL 60515.
