All Inclusive Visits
Your visit at LifeWeigh Bariatrics surrounds you with the information and professionals that help you plan for your best chances at life long weight loss success. Our visits include one-on-one sessions with our Bariatric Certified Nurse, Licensed Dietitian, Masters prepared Exercise Physiologist, our Insurance/Program Specialist and Surgeon who is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. We also provide testing including: labs, EKG's and Pulmonary Function Testing.
As a team we will develop with you a plan for life style changes with one single visit. You may have to get a few tests through your primary care physician or other specialist. We offer this unique setting in order that you may streamline your time in preparing for surgery and the life style changes that are needed. Most other weight loss surgery programs force you to make multiple appointments to see all of the specialists that are required before surgery.
