July support group meeting will be a recipe sample for all. If you have a recipe that you think is worth sharing please send this in tour dietitians and they will evaluate the nutritional value. “Grocery Shopping Journey”
Presented by: Grocery shopping for healthy living can be confusing. Sherrill will educate us on how to make this journey less stressful and healthier. She has been working in the field of Bariatrics for more than five years and has been with LifeWeigh for over a year. Her insight on healthy living is a valuable asset to our practice. Through our Health & Fitness program Sherrill offers her personal services to go on a grocery shopping journey at your grocery store of choice for a nominal fee. If you are interested, please ask on of the LifeWeigh staff to help you.
