Dr. Rosen, Dr. Mikhail and all of LifeWeigh,
I just wanted to thank you for guiding me through this process and changing my life more than I could ever have imaged. Not only have I lost weight, I’ve become a person who tries to find new ways to be active and push myself.
I ran a 5K in June. Prior to that training, I had never run more than 1 mile consecutively. I first planned on running without stopping to walk more than 3 or 4 times. Then my plan was to run the whole thing. Then it was to beat 45 minutes, and then 42, then 40 minutes. I ran it in a little over 37 minutes.
Later in June, my mom and I took a trip to Hawaii. We hiked multiple craters and I searched out a hike that would be difficult. My research brought me to Koko Head Crater. After seeing it from a distance, it looked impossible. But I did it with more gas left in the tank. The view was majestic and made the climb even more worth it.
I am now planning on participating in a sprint triathlon and a 10K. Thank you for helping to jump start my new life that has me happier and more driven then ever. My self esteem and confidence is as high as I can remember. I am forever grateful.
Dear Dr. Mikhail,
Just a note to let you know how much I appreciate all your concern & care. It was wonderful to finally have hope & new to feel better than I have in a very long time. I especially want to thank you for listening at my last visit with such empathy. My daughters are all so happy to their old mom back. Thanks again!
Thank you for everything! God bless you and yours always!
Just wanted to thank you for my successful surgery. My husband and I are very appreciative for my new quality of life you have given me! Enjoy you Summer Superman!
